The British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has set out the UK Government’s manifesto for global climate change.
He’s pledged UK leadership and proposed global financing of $100 billion per year to help developing countries reduce their emissions and adapt.

He was joined by the UK’s Energy secretary Ed Miliband and Environment Secretary Hilary Benn at the launch of the ‘Road to Copenhagen’ manifesto at London Zoo on 26 June.
